Overview
This course provides an introduction of business operations role and objectives; design principles in operations network, layout and flow; the nature of planning and control processes; quality control thinking and processes. It also provides a complete guide on how to startup an online business and what are the elements to be prioritise, to be monitored and to be improvised.
