Overview
This module aims to equip learners with reading and writing skills in English. Learners will be taught critical thinking skills which will increase their ability to focus arrange process and gain information. Learners will also be able to develop key skills and knowledge with regard to writing for university studies.

- Identify information from a range of reading tasks (C1, PLO1)
- Write topic sentences, supporting details, and main ideas in reading and writing tasks (C1, PLO1)
- Prepare different types of essays using appropriate writing conventions (C3, PLO3)
