Many staff are managing projects without the title “Project Manager”. This course gives you a simple, practical toolkit to plan, track, and deliver projects on time.

Assessment & Certification
Participants will submit a project plan and short reflection. A Micro-Credential Certificate in Project Management Essentials will be issued upon completion.
